Shipping
- Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after receipt of your payment. For fastest processing of orders paid with Paypal, please ensure that your shipping address matches your confirmed Paypal address.
Returns and Exchanges
- If for any reason you're not happy with an apparel item you've ordered from us, return it to us in new condition and in it's original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a fast, courteous refund or exchange. Items returned to us without their original packaging may be subject to a 20% charge. Items returned to us in damaged or worn condition may be refused for refund and returned to you at our discretion. Due to federal regulations, we cannot accept returned intimate items such as thongs and g-strings. In the unlikely event you receive such an item which is defective, we'll replace it with an identical item.
